Grand Campaign[]

Possibly the hardest campaign possible, the Peruvian campaign loosely reflects the "Libertador" campaigns which broke out against Spanish rule during the early 19th century. Peru must not just redeem itself through war, but also build a lasting peace as well by attaining 2,000 tribute, and by controlling 25% of the world's supply centres.

This will  not be easy, since Peru is surrounded by potentially hostile powers - the Spanish save for a few areas surround most territories around you, Portuguese Brazil may be hostile and resources are few and far between.

And even if you do conquer areas, Latin America and Central America may be hostile to your rule: on easy difficulty, they will rebel during the Industrial Era unless you spend tribute building them up, on hard difficulty, they will simply just defect to the League of Nations (hard) if you don't garrison them with armies, which you will be sorely lacking since your part of the Western hemisphere hosts no armies near you, so it will be troublesome if not difficult.

One method to survive this might be to take out all of Spain's territories, then sell off all territories therein in exchange for a territory with an army. Pay attention to the northern half of Africa since many supply centres there are unclaimed — if you could take them apart you could perhaps gain the four armies necessary to take out the Latin American regions required for your progress.
