Children of Empire is the third and final Chapter of Rise of the Moderns, and extends the timeline of Rise of the Moderns to cover the entirety of most modern history, from 1600CE until 1900CE.
Like all Rise of Nations mods, it has its own set of 24 factions as well as its own wonders, all loosely based on the Rise of Napoleon mod by Ray Tang.
